Plastilease Buffing Compound White (Medium)

The Buffing Compound 300 is designed for today's urethane finishes and it provides excellent cutting and polishing. It is formulated to remove 800 plus grit sand marks and it leaves a deep clear gloss.

Plastilease Buffing Compound Application

1-Apply product on area to be buffed or repaired. Buff with a wool cutting pad using a buffing speed of about 1800 rpm. Spread product evenly with medium to light pressure over a controlled area of the surface. Keep the surface wet with the product while buffing. If buffing film dissipates, add additional product. Proceed to adjacent area overlapping until the area being repaired is completed. Inspect for surface imperfections. A second application may be required. 2- Buff using PW300, Foam Pad Glaze with lambswool polishing pad or soft foam pad. Note: Finishing pads will give a smoother surface with a high gloss. Once again, buff until high, clear gloss appears under buffing film. Use ample material to keep the surface covered with the product while buffing. Do not dry buff. Wipe the residues.
