  • Description: Plastilease Liquid Wax offers you the utmost in mold release factors either with accelerated heat (exotherm), low heat or room temperature. It is a blend of synthetic waxes and polymers which are not subject to the quality fluctuations so often found in natural waxes, depending on their origin. The most important features of these synthetics are their high melting points and great hardness. Because of these features, and other desirable properties, the resulting film upon proper application has high gloss, intensive wear and great resistance to heat and water. Manufactured by LIlly Ram.
  • Special Handling Fee: This item is considered hazardous in volumes greater than gallon sizes and will include a special handling fee when ordered in individual units with volumes greater than a gallon. If shipped by air, this item will always require a special handling fee, regardless of volume.

Application
  • Break in mold with Hi-Low 1000 Paste Wax
  • Once broken in, use Hi-Low 1000 Liquid Wax
  • Apply 2-3 coats. Spread evenly, agitate lightly, allow it to dry and wipe
  • This product contains sufficient waxes to continue easy demanding and multiple releases and it reactivates and spreads the paste wax deterring any possible wax build up or surface tension
  • Continue to intermittently use Paste wax and Liquid wax. This will extend use of the mold will deter the problem of wax build up and most important surface tension
