  • Description: Plastilease Paste Wax 300 is a true hard gloss Paste Wax reformulated to incorporate Hi Temp Multiples Release factors. It contains carnauba and synthetic waxes and high temperature resistant resins for effective multiple releases of plastic parts through numerous cycles. It has a buttery texture and provides easy on/off applications. Sets up faster and harder and assures quick clean releases without wax build up or transfer. It is recommended for the effective release of any FRP or cultured marble parts, polyesters, or polyurethane, etc. Manufactured by Lilly Ram.

Applying Mold Release
  • Apply Paste Wax 300 in 5 separate applications making sure each coat is dry prior to wiping
  • Apply wax in a circular motion to work in the wax
  • Allow 30 minutes to set after the final wipe. Then re-wipe, and pour the first part and release it
  • After releasing, gently wipe the mold, then apply one more coat and release another part
  • *At this point, mold is cured to the point that multiple releases are possible*
  • When a part gets a little hard to pull, apply one coat of Liquid Wax 1000, let dry and wipe lightly
  • Run more parts and apply LW1000 as needed to prevent wax buildup
